Our practice has put into effect enhanced protocol to protect against COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
The safety of our patients and staff are of paramount importance.
We have put into effect measures in line with NSW Health guidelines. There are various checks by our staff of every patient’s recent travel history against a constantly updated list of Coronavirus hot spots, as well as for any symptoms such as fever, runny nose, sore throat or shortness of breath.
To ensure social distancing in our clinic, we ask you to bring only one support person (if required) to your visit. We ask all our patients and carers to bring a mask or face covering to wear in the clinic. Temperature checks and hand sanitization will be performed on all persons prior to entering the clinic. Please be assured in the confidence that we maintain the highest disinfection and sterility standards in our clinic.
If deemed urgent, please contact us to discuss with our experienced clinical staff or directly with one of our doctors for phone advice and arrangement of timely appointment, which can often be same day or no longer than within 2-4 days.
