Our practice has put into effect enhanced protocol to protect against COVID-19 (novel Corona virus).
The safety of our patients and staff are of paramount importance.
We have put into effect measures in line with NSW Health guidelines. At the time of booking, our staff will check every patient's recent travel history, possible contacts, as well as for any flu like symptoms. Any non-urgent patients potentially at higher risk will be rescheduled to a later appointment by at least 14 days. We still accept urgent patients but with appropriate protective precautions and with advice from our doctors. Please be assured in the confidence that we maintain the highest disinfection and sterility standards in our clinic.
As the COVID-19 virus situation is continually evolving, we continue to keep up to date with the latest guidelines and our policies are subject to change in response to new developments.
If deemed urgent, please contact us to discuss with our experienced clinical staff or directly with one of our doctors for phone advice and arrangement of timely appointment, which can often be same day or no longer than within 2-4 days.
